Changes within our organization

Limagrain

In order to support the Group’s development dynamic and meet upcoming strategic challenges, several organizational changes will take effect as of October 1.


Field Seeds

Quiterie FOULET has been appointed CEO of Field Seeds. She will be responsible for leading the transformation and development of this strategic business, guiding teams towards greater excellence and innovation.


At the same time, Régis FOURNIER becomes Strategic Advisor to LFS, where he will contribute his expertise to the development and implementation of the transformation plan.


We warmly thank Fermin AZANZA, who is leaving the Group after 15 years of commitment to research and intellectual property. Recruitment for his successor is underway, with the transition overseen by Régis FOURNIER.


Human Resources

Laëtitia LOUIS has been appointed Corporate VP for Human Resources. As a member of the Executive Committee, she will lead HR policy, internal communications, and support employees in their professional development.


General Management

Anthony CARVALHO has been promoted to Deputy CEO. In addition to his role as CFO, he will now also oversee the Risk & Internal Audit, Legal & Compliance, CSR, and Innovation & Foresight departments.


With the support of Laëtitia and Anthony, General Management will also directly oversee GLH-VCO, the Corporate Management Committee, as well as the HR, External Communications, and IT departments.


The Executive Committee

These appointments are accompanied by an evolution in the composition of the Group’s Executive Committee.

It is now composed as follows:

  • Sébastien CHAUFFAUT, Group CEO
  • Alexandre RAGUET, Deputy CEO, responsible for integrated chains and Vilmorin Jardin
  • Anthony CARVALHO, Deputy CEO, responsible for steering, compliance and transformation functions
  • Rémi BASTIEN, CEO of Vegetable Seeds
  • Quiterie FOULET, CEO of Field Seeds
  • Laëtitia LOUIS, Corporate VP for Human Resources
  • Tanguy POUPART, CEO of Limagrain Coop
