Ginger bread tasting canapes and mini-blinis
For the end of the year, Jacquet is proposing a culinary blend that is well-known and in vogue with its ginger bread canapes to accompany goose or duck liver pate. This unique recipe has been designed with original ingredients. The taste and color are inspired from traditional ginger bread.
For the end of year celebrations Jacquet has also developed “Coeur de repas” with the minis de Petite Fournée, tasty hot bread from the oven. This product is similar to a sandwich loaf, but rather smaller and better suited to accompanying meals and the aperitif. A considerable advantage of this innovation is its Use By date of 30 days – to be stored at room temperature.
