Carrément mie”, a loaf with no crust

With its product “Carrément mie”, Jacquet has launched a unique manufacturing process, no crust removal; in other words there is no need to remove the crust, and therefore less waste. The patent for this invention has been filed for the whole world. The end result is an ecological product with reduced losses of raw materials and savings in cooking times. And Jacquet is able to propose such loaves to the customer at a lower price.
