“For nearly three years, we have been using constant measurements and production monitoring indicators as management tools to improve on performances. All the employees can follow these figures for their workstation, and compare them with those of other colleagues. These values are also exploited by managers to follow the performance of their activities, and serve the purpose of motivating the employees. Following these indicators leads to a permanent improvement of measurements, analyses and performances.
