Groupe Limagrain will inevitably be expanding, particularly outside Europe. In order to accompany this change, an ambitious human resources policy has been implemented in order to attract new talents and so that the men and women working at Limagrain can grow.
Limagrain is determined to develop the talents of those who wish to be part of the human adventure that its project represents. The Group wishes to anticipate and insure its human resources needs so that they can match its values and strategic orientations.
In order to strengthen the spirit of the Group, Limagrain has launched an Induction Program for a selection of new managers and a University for young members of the Co-operative. In both cases the objective is to pass on Limagrain's culture and to improve knowledge about the Group's activity, its challenges and its ambitions.
Limagrain has set up a Mobility Charter to encourage professional mobility between companies, professions, and also countries. The Group organizes talent reviews with all its Business Units, because the Group's numerous sites and activities offer real professional openings to the employees.
