The first economic model on agricultural volatility
On June 4th and 5th 2009, at la Sorbonne in Paris, momagri brought together around thirty of the best international economists. This workshop was an opportunity to take a critical look at the momagri economic model, the only one that modelizes the volatility of agricultural rates and the impact of speculation. Professors Bertrand Munier and Peter Timmer look back at what was learned from this workshop.
