GROUPE LIMAGRAIN HOLDING SA (hereafter referred to as “GLH”), a company subject to majority control by LIMAGRAIN, and Monsieur Guy SCHUMACHER, the majority shareholder of BROSSARD SA, have announced today that they have signed a contract with a view to GLH, or any other substitute company it controls, acquiring 77.16 % of the capital stock and voting rights of BROSSARD SA, for a price of €8.29 per share.
