December 2008 - Launch of the LG brand in the UK
After it was purchased by Limagrain in 2005, Advanta® UK kept its trademark because of the reputation of the brand name. In order to be coherent with the other subsidiaries in Europe, it has just changed its name to Limagrain United Kingdom. Furthermore, products are now being sold under the brand name LG.
